Aller_ML — Allergen Markup Language

XML-based format for structured allergen data exchange

Alphabetical listing of allergens ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ

Aller_ML (Allergen Markup Language) is an XML-based format developed at UTMB for the structured representation and exchange of allergen data, including sequences, epitopes, cross-reactivity annotations, and structural information. For each allergen in SDAP, the AllerML record is available via the “Translate to AllerML” link on the allergen detail page.
