Please use this form to submit new allergens to the SDAP database. Fields marked with an asterisk are required. All submissions are reviewed before being added to the database.

Use official IUIS allergen name if available (e.g. Ara h 2, Der p 1).
UniProt accession, GenBank accession, or PubMed ID for the sequence source.
Used to contact you about the submission status.
Maximum 1000 amino acids. Standard one-letter codes required.
