Search for an exact peptide sequence (case-insensitive substring match) in all SDAP allergen sequences. Matched residues are highlighted in red. Useful for identifying which allergens share a specific T-cell or B-cell epitope sequence. For approximate matching, use Peptide Similarity or FASTA Search.

Single-letter amino acid code, 1–100 residues. Letters only.
