Compare two sequences using physico-chemical descriptors

Compute the PD (Physico-chemical Descriptor) index between two protein or peptide sequences. If the first sequence is shorter, it slides along the second and all PD values are reported. Gaps: dashes (—). Symbols B, U, Z, X, *, . are converted to gaps. Maximum sequence length: 1000 amino acids.
